My personal foreskin restoring results and more
Since 2005 I have been posting my results to document my progression in real time. Do not take what you see here as typical results as individual results will vary from one person to the next depending on many factors. My focus has always been to show what is possible with non surgical foreskin restoration.

How it all began
I started restoring using a home made tugger made from a funnel and toilet tank flapper valves that I cut up.
I used this for 6 -8 hours a day with a tug strap 7 days a week. It did slip off often.
A couple of months into restoring I started to improve on the toilet flapper tugger.
This was the first DTR I made, (Dual Tension Restorer) I even coated it with aquarium silicone. This silicone would wear off but it worked better than the flappers.
From month 5 to month 24 my primary way to restore was Dual Tension 7 days a week for 6 to 8 hours a day.
I started to use O-rings or a band I made from a small baby bottle nipple to “Retain and train” my skin when I was not restoring. The concept of retaining was not fully used by everyone restoring back in early 2000s
Now in 2024 The concept of “retaining” is seen just as important as restoring.
At about month 16 my DTR prototypes were getting more refined.
I even used a chest harness when sleeping to try and get extra hours of restoring. This was not easy to get used to and I would find myself removing the tugger when it woke me up a few times most nights.
Even though I did this for many months I stopped because it would wake me up to much. Sleeping and restoring do not mix.
Sleeping was more important to me than the few extra hours I was getting trying to restore while sleeping. This is why I do not recommend sleeping and restoring.
This is my two year mark.
I did my foreskin piercings at this point and after they healed (took almost a year) I was not happy with the end results.
The scar tissue from the piercings made the foreskin end baggy.
I urge anyone NOT to do any piercings on foreskin or glans of the penis
All this did was hinder my progress for many years to come
In 2005 I started to make the DTR for other restoring men.
I continued to restore while creating other methods that would work with the DTR bell such as direct AIR and weight.
This is the DTR today. The end result of testing and feedback from many DTR users throughout the years.
My conclusion
My biggest mistake was that foreskin piercing. Knowing what I know today I feel I could have accomplished my full restoration in under 5 years had I never did these piercings.
Tugging and Dual tension were my primary ways to gain skin. Direct AIR and weight were nice ways to break up routines and push past sticking points.
40 hours per week restoring is enough as long as your applying a good amount of stress to the skin. Retain to “train” (with whatever you feel comfortable using) when you are not restoring.
Do not take any of what I say as advise …EVER. I am clearly a lunatic. This is just my thoughts on this subject…That I happen to have gathered after 20 years.
